FSF Mentoring Program
Each of our 160 Scholars is paired with a fashion industry Mentor from a network of more than 500 executives and professionals, matched to their discipline and career goals. Through personalized guidance, professional development, networking, and unparalleled access to the industry's leading creative and business talent, Scholars build the skills, confidence, and connections needed to launch successful careers in business, design and product development, marketing, merchandising, among other disciplines.
Scholars also have access to several in person and virtual mentoring events throughout the year that feature fashion industry career panels, group mentoring sessions, and peer to peer networking.
Our Mentors
The official FSF Mentoring community is a dynamic group of creative and business professionals and includes mid to C-suite executives from top fashion companies including Chanel, Kurt Geiger, Levi’s, Macy’s, Nike, Tiffany & Co, and many more.
Our Mentoring Program runs during the Scholarship year, but the connections that are created are cultivated far beyond this period - we encourage pairs to stay connected throughout their professional journeys.
AS AN FSF MENTOR, YOU WILL:
Be thoughtfully paired with one or more FSF Scholars or Virgil Abloh™ “Post-Modern” Scholars
Foster relationships with motivated young leaders
Help guide their early careers through goal setting, collaboration, and network building
